The Three Horseshoes is a great pub especially for live music and they’ve always been very supportive of the GMF so we’re pleased to announce that we’ve added a new stage for 2024 – “Blues @ The Shoes” in the Three Horseshoes. It will run from 1pm to about 5pm and feature “original” blues. The performers and set times are:
- The Poorbox Brothers – 1pm to 2pm
- Walking To Jerusalem – 2.30pm to 3.30pm. The trio features Nick Sorensen (guitar, saxophone and vocals) alongside Kevin de las Casas (guitar and vocals) and Phil Rouse (guitar) from the Band of Pilgrims. Their music, rooted in gospel, country and early blues, features songs of hope, sorrow and redemption.
- The Mark Green Blues Band – 4pm to whenever they feel like finishing….
