We’ll have at least eight outdoor “Busking Stops” around the town centre from 11am to 5pm, and at least two at the Tithe Barn from 1.30pm. Our buskers will circulate around them so there should be regular performances although they are weather dependant. A list of Buskers wil be added here soon.
Buskers are all performing free of charge so please show your appreciation if they pass the hat round. The venues are:
- Outside The Bolthole Cafe in The Shambles
- Millie Millennium Statue (opposite Westbury Gardens)
- Next to the Tourist Information Office in Westbury Gardens
- Outside the entrance to Holy Trinity Church
- Wallington Hall Gardens (Church St)
- Tithe Barm Workshops, outside Vixey’s Cafe: half hour gigs staring at 2pm , 2.30pm, 3pm and 4pm.
- Tithe Barn, outside the cafe 1.30pm to 2pm, approx 2.30pm to 3pm and approx 3.30pm to 4pm
Busking spots are open to musicians, poets, jugglers, in short anyone who can put on a show. If you’d like to be a busker please see here.
