The Green Man Festival may be no more but two smaller things are happening in its place, so we’ve called Saturday “The Little Green Men Day”:
- The Tithe Barn Workshops are holding a Folk Fringe event in their gardens and all the lovely artisan workshops will be open. Expect a few Morris dancers to pop up as well.
- Five local Morris sides (Bathampton Morris Men, Bells Angels, Holt Morris, Moonrakers Border Morris and Towpath Morris) will dance at locations around the town as shown below. We are expecting the wonderful Towpath Shanty Singers to join us for part of the day. You are welcome to come along and watch and try one of many join in dances.
