‘Choirs & Classics’ Concert – Trinity Church

Trinity Church, a great venue with fantastic acoustics, is the venue for a free all day concert featuring some of our best local choirs and classical musicians in six 45-minute performances from 10.15am to 3.30pm. It’s all free so drop in and out as you want. Detailed timings will be in the festival programme available in advance from local shops and on the day. There will be a cafe in the church serving hot and cold drinks and delicious home made cakes and bakes.

We are still taking bookings for 2023 but confirmed performers are listed below.

Timur Dersuniyelioglu: you may have heard Timur playing his virtuoso classical guitar at the Olea Restaurant before his burgeoning career took him to London. This is beautifully performed, first classic guitar playing; simply not to be missed.

Towpath Shanty Singers: Powerful voices, rousing choruses, infectious singing – if you haven’t seen them before, don’t miss them now. They should call themselves Standing Room Only.

Under The Fish Choir

Harpist Bianca Watts: Trained in Chantilly, France, the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Conservatoire of Madrid, Bianca is a beautiful harp player. her repertoire includes classical and modern pieces some with a sung accompaniment .

Trowbridge Symphony Orchestra will be performing in the afternoon, probably as a string ensemble.

Courage Choir: A BoA choir singing songs from contemporary music, jazz, soul, musicals, gospel, classical and much more.
