Another great day, lovely sunny weather, huge happy crowds, busy traders and lots of fantastic entertainment. On Friday night we had our first launch party which featured LINDISFARNE – it was sold out. Saturday’s new Blues @ The Shoes stage was very popular. A huge thankyou to our performers and dancers – at least 700 of them! The highlight of the day though was our fabulous new Jill in the Green with her incredible outfit (thanks Chloe!), her band The Jifflers and dancers (Bounds of Selwood). New parking on Poulton Field worked really well. A huge thankyou to all the Morris people that leapt to our assistance when it looked like we might have to cancel at the last moment – your support made it happen.
